About Us
One Vision, Endless Meaningful Perspectives
I'm Emmanuel Etsu, and Hyakugan (百眼) means "Hundred Eyes." It's a simple idea: the way you see things shapes what you're able to build. A hundred eyes means a hundred angles — on growth, on people, on style, on the tools we use to make sense of it all. Hyakugan is where those angles come together.
It started with Vantage, my coaching and learning practice — helping people find clarity and grow through whatever they're facing, whether that's a career crossroads, a personal challenge, or just the next chapter. From there it grew into Common Ground, where I collect and share real stories of resilience from people around the world, because I believe stories build empathy, and empathy is how we get closer to peace. It also includes Form & Flair, where style becomes its own form of self-expression, and Codex, where I build tools that help all of this reach further. Different lenses. Same eye. Welcome to Hyakugan.
